I'm so glad that you are podcasting again!
Just wanted to comment on the sam's bday party. there is no way that I would have left my kids at the gym even if I knew you both well. It's just too risky - no one can watch your kid as well as you can at that age - and even than it is a challenge - look away just for a second - and wham - they decided to see if they could land on their heads while jumping or something...

Also, excited to hear about your running - I am going to get a nike doodad to track my progress - I do a lot of fast walking - slow running - sorry mike - I'll be adding my support to the girl's side.

I have found motivationtomove podcast really helpful in staying motivated - at first I thought this guy, scott was really cheesy - but he does have some good tips and insights and he kinda of grows on you. check him out - it's free

Lisa,

We're glad your are listening again too.

I have recruited at least one other guy to the challenge, but it will be hard to beat mawz76.
